On 17 May 2018, the government enacted the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS Provider Definition) Rule 2018 (Cth) (the Rule). Starting 1 July 2018, community service providers (CSPs) who provide support or services to older people with disabilities will receive continuity of support under the Commonwealth Continuity of Support Programme as a NDIS provider.
