Rest and relaxation, is it a lost practice?
Throughout the COVID pandemic, we appear to have lost the practice of taking some ‘you time’ for ourselves. Our lives are filled with the ‘do and don’t’ rules of the Pandemic management plan forced on us by the various levels of government in all too frequently inconsistent foundations, all of which are done with the ethos of ‘keeping us safe’. Somewhere in the mix, our down time is missing out and we are at risk of becoming increasingly more fatigued as humans, as we see not
